Shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted in the product description (the Come and Sleep book is one of these exceptions) My goal is to ship all orders within 3 days of payment.

There are occasions when I'm out of the studio for extended periods, like distant art shows etc., where that becomes impossible to do.  There should be notifications that show up in those instances, but a quick check of my show schedule will show you this as well.

I ship almost entirely via USPS services.  

All orders of $60.00 or more to the United States ship USPS Ground Advantage free, and typically take 5-7 business days total, including getting your order ready and shipped.

You have the option for faster services at checkout, but the time it takes me to get your order ready to ship will still be about 3 days.

If you're ordering from outside the United States, those rates should be calculated automatically.  If not (I'm new at this ecommerce thing!) email me at info@craigwhitten.com and we can work out your order together!

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot be responsible for any item once it has been delivered to your door.  If you choose a shipping option with insurance and tracking, please check with the delivery provider to initiate a claim with them.  Also, let me know at info@craigwhitten.com and I'll help in any way I can!
